Dimtra Beach Hotel and Suites exceeded all expectations. This five-star resort offers not just beautiful surroundings and luxury, but a level of hospitality that’s truly personal. The staff take time to get to know you, and by the end of your stay, it genuinely feels like you’re with family. Special mention to George, who manages front of house, his ability to remember names and continue past conversations makes everyone feel truly valued. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful service. High recommend !

We had a splendid time here. (08/25) The service is very good and friendly. Keep an eye out for George, he will make sure to feel you at ease. The rooms were very clean, spacious and you are almost certain of a sea view no matter where. The food changes everyday, but you always have a various choice of food: lots of cold salads, Greek sauces, Greek dishes/meat, and of course the classics such as pasta, pizza etc. Lots of drinks available at one of the many bars. I must say the entertainment was splendid. Lots of good singers and a local Greece folklore group. One of the better entertainments I had. There are 3 pools available + seats at the sea. All in all it was a very good experience!

We stayed in a beachfront bungalow. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a platter of fruit, a bottle of wine, and a bottle of water. The next morning, we met the cheerful housekeeping ladies who make sure everything is clean every day. What I really appreciate is that the water is replaced at each bungalow, and they take their time to clean thoroughly. The restaurant staff are such lovely people and even remember what you like to drink. The reception team is always there to help, and the guest relations lady ensures a pleasant stay, just like George, the night auditor, and Ivan. The swimming pool is clean, and it's great that towels are provided for guests. There are also sunbeds on the beach, as well as showers to rinse off. We had a very positive stay, thanks in large part to the friendly and welcoming team at Dimitra Beach.
