Exactly what we wanted was exactly what we got with this little gem in the heart of Naples, On the Friday evening being warmly welcome and by the hotelier, we checked in and got shown to our rooms everything was immaculate and in order and had a very relaxed friendly warm feeling about the place with the exciting bustling city of Naples on the other side of the walls it can make a welcoming contrast, with it being a great value for money accommodation it’s localised in an ideal spot With everything there on its doorstep, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting the city as I am a frequent visitor to Italy I will definitely be checking in at dimora ruggierio again, most Pleasant stay .

This is not a hotel, just an apartment of shared rooms. The owner never showed up during the entire period. The windows cannot close properly which cause the street noise too loud at night for sleep. The internet is almost none as the signal is dramatically weak, you must leave your room and sit next to it to have signal. The owner is a giant money saver as the light in the kitchen is motion sensor and only last for 20 seconds which makes no one can properly use the kitchen (no natural light). The kitchen coffee machine does not work. Not enough kitchen utensils and the available ones are greasy. There are cockroaches in the kitchen. The room is okay although the hairdryer is just a decoration.

its not ahotel its apartment that have four rooms its clean when we come in but the serives so bad no serives at all we go out and when we come back its wasent clean dont book whit breakfast becouse its just cookes and milk you cant sleep at night becouse its so noisey its in the main street I stayed here for three days without changing the towels in the bathroom, we were left without toilet paper I did not feel safe in this area, especially at night
