We didn't stay here but came to enjoy the spa and a couples massage. The whole experience was truly special. Everyone working in the hotel was extremely friendly and warm. They showed us to the stunning bar area to have a tea while we waited for our appointment. The massages were great and the spa area was beautiful. Exclusive use of a spa was really nice and such great value. Given the experience I'd happily stay in the hotel if we ever need a place in Javea to stay. It was well worth the drive from València to enjoy this exceptional property.

This hotel truly deserves a five-star rating due to its stunning ambiance, exceptional staff, and overall tranquility. The room we occupied was exquisitely designed, reflecting the high standards of the entire establishment, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. All the staff are a tremendous asset to the hotel, very informative about places to visit etc as we had not been to this area. Eva, Alex and Victor in particular. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed here for a night to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The location is great—it’s about 15 minutes to the best calas in Xàbia. Parking is a bit tight. Most of the time, it's too crowded to park inside the property. If not, you have to park outside the property. Underground parking is available, but we were not offered it as it was apparently for employees only. We didn’t use the restaurant, but we did have breakfast. This was excellent, with plenty of options for everyone. The staff was good, but sometimes absent, leading to waiting around for help or assistance with different services. The room design is excellent, with great attention to detail. One small issue we noticed was that the shower was leaking, but as we stayed one night, we didn’t pay too much attention to it. We struggled a bit with soundproofing; you could clearly hear everything in the corridors, outside, and in rooms next to us. There were only two capsules for two people in the coffee machine. Although they mentioned that we could get more on request, we felt this was not sufficient as it’s a very basic amenity to have in such a hotel. For the SPA, apparently, we had included within the price a 90-minute private use only for us, but this was never mentioned during the booking process or followed up after the booking for us to prebook. Once we arrived, this was offered to us, but the slots available were not great (2 to 3.30 pm and 8.30 to 10.00 pm). None of them matched our schedule, so we couldn't make use of them. I believe this area needs greater clarity and more follow-up. Overall, it was a great hotel, but it could have been improved to make the stay more pleasant.
