Good place to stay in Kiev, near to centre, on the bus from the main railwaystation, just ne careful with late check in
Terrible, unreliable establishment. POTENTIAL GUESTS - BEWARE! I had a booking with free cancellation until September 1. Hotel sent a message on August 26 requesting full payment within 12 hours and threatening to cancel the reservation otherwise. They wanted cash sent through the Ukrainian banking system - which is impossible unless you are physically in Ukraine. I responded and asked for another way to make the payment because I was not physically in Ukraine. The hotel DID NOT RESPOND and instead CANCELLED my reservation on August 27. I can only recommend this place if you want to deal with an unresponsive and unreliable hotel that will CANCEL your reservation at a moment's notice for no particular reason.
They cancelled reservation at the last minute because they were able to get a higher price. Reservation is not guaranteed. Don't send a deposit if you want a guaranteed reservation go somewhere else.
