All staff I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient! The location is wonderful, and so is the spa area and restaurant. Breakfast had an exceptional variety! I also got a massage, and the massage therapist was so nice and thoughtful. All in all, highly recommend!
The hotel has nice and original rooms with different themes. Everything is very clean and well maintained. It has also SPA, but we didn’t try it, but looks good. Lachezar from the reception is very polite and helpful person. In general is a great place to spend time and relax after a long drive.
Great restaurant (the winery). Food was delicious and our waitress (Maria) was amazing- very polite and professional. If you are in the area, or visiting the Zlaten Park, definitely stop by for lunch or dinner.
