Direct Collective Breeze on Brightwater

Stayed for more times then I can remember at this accommodation mainly for medical appointments either at Buderim or Sunshine Coast private. We always stayed in a townhouse and they are spacious, well set out and comfortable. There is a garage with electric door and a downstairs toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped and upstairs there is an entertainment area and 2 or more bedrooms. Master bedroom with own bathroom. Other bedrooms have a separate bathroom. Everything is mostly kept very well clean and the townhouses are very quiet. The units and townhouses are on a gated community which makes it safe. There is a nice pool area which is well equipped with barbecue, chairs etc. Always happy to book again.

Was not happy at all with the process from chrck in not very bubbly on approach and seemed dry by welcoming. Was given a room on top level to go too with 2 of my young kids and the room was not great. No details of WiFi given to use, all 4 chairs in dining room seats were removed so nearly fell when went to sit on one, oven didn't work, dints in dishwasher machine, one bathroom had no soap to wash hands so all had to use the one bathroom. Staines all over carpet, cleaners keys were still in the door when we went in assumed someone else in there prior and to scared to entee the apartment at first. The beds were very very uncomfortable and pillows to high. My husband and I and our eldest child had the worst night sleep and count wait to leave next morning. Coffee mini packets available but no sugar. Even check out wasn't pleasant nor asked how was stay... seems they must know, appearance as if not wanting to be at work. Won't be going again thats for sure

Dirty and disgusting blood stained sheets, toenail clippings on the living room floor, a dirty towel and socks in the bedroom from previous occupants. Ants, dirty sticky fingerprints every were surfaces filthy windows and garage not been cleaned in weeks. And to top it off three other beds had what appeared to be urine stained sheets. I rang and was told someone would rectify the cleanliness (while we where out at dinner) as the hotel had no spare rooms to move us to while we were at dinner 6pm someone entered and mopped and vacuumed the floor but the stained sheets dirty filthy cabinet's and tables .where not addressed untill my husband went and bought sanatiser wipes and cleaned the room at 10pm two of our party had to sleep on the top of the bed under a beach towel Absolutely disgusting. Upon checking out the next day We where told that we would get a phone call later that day to discuss this matter but we are still awaiting a response 4 days later
