All boxes ticketed from, Service of Staff (Katie & Rachel), Size of Appartments, Cleanliness of Rooms, very close to Sunshine Plaza, lots of eateries & most importantly, the beach. Also, nice walk to Cotton Tree for a coffee or juice. PS: Will be back - Fact!
Great size, however, ensuite exceptionally mouldy and soap dish still had soap stuck to it. Patched holes in walls. Right next to pool and very noisy
Worst “4-Star” hotel I’ve stayed. Shower head was broken, shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, brown marks on the sheets, aircon didn’t work and the fan was so loud you couldn’t run it while trying to sleep. That left us having to open a window which meant letting in every noise from the street below. We requested a refund for the $350 single night, but were only offered a discount “on our next stay”. They even rejected a my request 50% refund. Extremely overpriced and overrated.
