I stayed at Ibis Budget Phnom Penh for a 5-day business trip. The location is excellent — very close to the city center and just a short distance from Diamond Island Exhibition Center. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was okay for a budget hotel, but you need to request cleaning if you want it done. Breakfast is very simple, as expected from a budget hotel. Overall, a good choice if you're looking for convenience and basic comfort at an affordable price.

What I liked about it : They have a small fridge and tv (with cable channels). : Location is actually good for me. There are a lot of resto/convience store nearby. There are even Chinese/Muslim restos. What can be improved : The toilets are really small. : Small cockroaches seen in the room.

That is the Ibis style under the hotel brand Accor. Is it supposed to have poor service? I had a bad experience choosing and staying here. What the **** is that asking? Is it ok to pay? Very poor service, no welcome, especially the guys who check in asking us to check out at 6PM? Really, I booked one night, and I came to check in early in the morning. I said nothing; I just let him know I would pay for an extra charge for an early check-in and then asked him if it was ok to pay, very, very rude. I'm not expecting that I got the low service it very effectively to the hotel brand. I don't know your flow, but does it ask the guest to carry their own luggage? Maybe this is the last time.
