Discovery Parks Devonport

Absolutely brilliant Park, exceptionally well run. Super friendly staff, impeccably clean, 5 mins to The Spirit of Tasmania AND right on the waterfront! This open and airy camp is amazing. We only planned to stay one night but loved it so much we stayed 4! In the off season away from major holidays this camp offers deals too good to refuse, this just added to our already excellent experience. This camp is dog friendly and has lots for the kids to do also. Within a few minutes drive to supermarkets and the city it is an ideal place for a getaway or, like so many, a stopover coming and going from The Spirit. Thank you so much for making the last leg of our Tassie journey so memorable. Very much appreciated our time at your beautiful Park.

Easy access great layout pet friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend coming here to set up a base and explore the area. Very clean and quiet with the sounds of the ocean in the background. We had a late departure time on the ferry and were able to pay a little extra for a late departure from our powered site ( we were also offered a free place to park while we waited as well) very well managed park and I highly recommend spending time here!

We stayed in this park when we come off the Spirit and the service was amazing and the park is perfect. The amenities are spotless and very well kept. Camp kitchen is one of the best we’ve ever seen. Will be going back before we leave Tassie. Well done to all of the staff.
