From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by a beautifully scented and cozy lobby that instantly makes you feel at ease. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, perfect to start the day. Dinner is equally impressive, with three different restaurants to choose from, all serving excellent food. I highly recommend this resort for everyone—families, couples, or solo travelers—because it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax.
My recent visit was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious—every dish we ordered was a home run. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was our server, Can. They were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that we all loved. Can was friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. I highly recommend this place, and if you go, ask for Can!
My wife and I recently celebrated our 20th anniversary at Discovery Samal, and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we arrived at the boat crossing lounge, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake waiting for us in celebration of our anniversary. Each night of our stay, we were treated to additional sweet snacks along with more complimentary cakes, making our celebration even sweeter. On our second night, we dined at the bistro and indulged in an incredible Wagyu experience. I want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful staff there—Lijeal, Jen, Lynne, and Myra—your service truly made our evening memorable. Lastly, I’d like to extend an extra special acknowledgment to Mr. Roland. Your dedication to customer service and genuine care for guests went far beyond our expectations. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so extraordinary!
