Great stay at Alila SCBD! Super convenient location—close to malls and good food, all walkable. The pool was small but peaceful. Room was sparkling clean with a nice view. Staff were really friendly, and they even kept my phone safe when I left it in the lobby. Would totally come back!

Location is very close to pacific place mall and scbd park, which is fantastic for shopping, eating and vibes. Service of staff is excellent and breakfast daily was great. The gym is AMAZING. Rooms were very comfortable and well designed but my only gripe is that it was too dimly lit overall.

My review started at 5/5 in the first few days, but that slowly started to decay. Initially, everything was perfect, after a long motorbike trip across Java from Bali, this place was a welcome way to finish up. The staff are generally awesome, very friendly, well trained and incredibly accommodating with the exception of 1 waiter who chose to ignore my request for the bill and instead focus on the event of the day. And that leads into the only slight 'issue' that started to irritate me - their reliance on events. Now, I understand every hotel needs to run events to survive, but almost every day the restaurant was off limits due to some form of event. They have an entire floor dedicated to events, yet they all seem to be run in the restaurant. As a paying guest, it doesn't feel great to be pushed into the bar or outside. One day is understandable, every day becomes a bit of a joke. Other than that, it's great.
