Disney Area 4 bed 3.5 Bathroom Emerald Island

Just got back yesterday to the UK from a fabulous holiday in Orlando staying at the Emerald island resort,we had a 7 bedroom lake view villa which was fantastic,the resort was very quiet and well kept,and very close to Disney about 15 mins or less ,and you don't even need to go on the I4 which is good ,the best part for me was getting up early and watching the sun rise over the lake and watch and listen to the wildlife ,I seen gators, turtles,deer, coyote and birds of all kinds great before the chaos of the parks 😁

The resort and staff are excellent. Each home is individual so I cannot speak to that. Clean, relaxing pool, patio games, and great service at the Clubhouse.

The resort had myself and family of 15 to check out of one of their homes 3 days early because we reported bugs in one of the rooms. Instead of the resort sending pest control out to the home to inspect first then confirm, as promised, my elderly and handicapped family members had to pack up everything and move out at the last minute with no place to go. I asked the resort manager if he could at least give us time to find another house or refer us to another home suitable to my wheelchair bound and elderly family members but he was not sympathetic to our situation at all. We ended our trip early and went home.
