Disney Hotel New York The Art of Marvel

Great hotel! There were 10 of us, 2 families of 4 and one couple. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were larger than I thought would be and very clean. Stayed 2 nights. Got the photo pass which included photos with an Avengers character and they had other interesting sets that we could take pictures. The pool was closed while we were there, but we were so busy at the park that even if it were open, I don't think any of us would have used it. Their breakfast was very good and enjoyed the variety and quantity of food. Although we purchased the luggage service and didn't use it upon arrival, we used it on our last day. We brought our luggage to the lobby (they also would get it from your room if you'd like), they tagged it to go to the railroad station. That was it. So now we had all morning and part of the afternoon to enjoy at the park. When it was time to take our train, we just exited the park closest to the train station and picked up our luggage at the Disney desk at the station. So convenient. Didn't have to go back to the hotel to pick up the luggage to take to the train station. Highly recommend this hotel and the luggage service.

So happy with our stay at Disney's Hotel New York! The rooms were spacious and impeccably cleaned. They were modernly appointed and had my kids actually in-depth discussing the art hanging on the walls 🤣 The bed and pillow were the comfiest we've had on our entire trip to France. And of course, you can't beat the quick walk to and from the parks, just through the Disney Village. I did a lot of research to pick what I felt would be the best Disney resort for our 2 days in the park (after a stay in Loire and Paris), attempting to balance value, theme, proximity, and newness/renovations, and I really think I chose the right one for our family!

We recently stayed at the New York New York Marvel Hotel to celebrate our son’s second birthday, and it was such a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the added sense of security, you pass through scanners to enter the hotel, which we really appreciated. The Marvel-themed décor throughout the hotel is fantastic! You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every element, and it truly brings the theme to life in a fun and tasteful way. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a bit of a change in plans with room service, initially requesting a travel cot but then deciding to treat our little one to his own double bed with bed guards instead. The team was so accommodating and handled our last-minute request with no fuss at all. Our son absolutely loved having his own “big boy” bed! All in all, it was a perfect stay and a great way to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend for families, especially Marvel fans!
