Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a nice swimming pool with cool caves. Jian and the team were incredibly helpful in arranging a small surprise for my husband on our anniversary. We will definitely come back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rotorua!
Great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed ther hospitality, warm pools and the breakfast was Amazing. See you next time guys thank you 👍🏻👍🏻
I think the rooms could get a bit of an upgrade, Bathroom door can't close due to hinges breaking out of wall. The Restuarant's plates were not 100% clean same when we oder hot chocolate the cup had lipstick on it.
