Absolutely incredible. From the location to the people at the front desk. Everyone was so kind and incredibly helpful! The room was very nice and we had an amazing view. We had our room cleaned everyday and they took care of our stuff. It was also my birthday trip and a woman working named Chrissy brought me a gift bag, a free drink voucher, and a sweet note from her and the hotel! Will definitely be staying again. INCREDIBLE service and INCREDIBLE people working there.

This hotel is literally right across the street from the port authority, the subway is right around the corner. Jonathon was amazing. They have a restaurant and bar and give you 29 dollars to use for food or drinks everyday of your stay. The rooms were nice and clean. Big T.V that said welcome Lori on the screen when we arrived. Beds are super comfy, but the pillows are flat as a pancake. I brought my own but left it there, smh. I thought it was odd they don’t put trash bags in the trash cans. None of the outlets worked, but was fixed the next day. They hold your luggage for free after check-out. The mini fridge has a freezer too. I would definitely stay here again.

Was greeted at the front desk by Robbie. We were met with smiles and so much great information. Room had such a comfortable bed/pillows and a beautiful view. We checked our bags earlier in the day, forgot to grab them and Robbie brought them up to us. You won't regret booking this hotel, especially at the price.
