We'll Be Back! This is truly the ideal vacation spot, particularly for families. We've seen firsthand how they meticulously attend to every detail, providing professional staff and a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. The value for money is outstanding. Our children absolutely loved the slides, and the reception team is super friendly. We would happily repeat our week-long stay over and over again!

Review – Evrika Beach Club, Sunny Beach Pros: • Beautiful, clean beach with fine sand, just steps from the hotel. • Well maintained and cleaned frequently — the seaside experience itself is lovely. Cons: • Very poor value for money. This is not a true 4-star hotel. • Spacious rooms, but extremely outdated: old furniture, worn linen and towels with a bluish tint, stale air and constant sewage smell. • Bathrooms without ventilation or windows, making odors worse. • Carpet is dirty, flattened, full of sand, clearly not cleaned or replaced for years. • Common area doors filthy and unpleasant to touch. Food: • Repetitive and low quality: same cheeses and salads every day, few cooked dishes (and no refills when they run out). • Pastries and desserts are artificial, overly sweet, and tasteless. Fresh fruit is the only redeeming point. • Fish has no flavor. Other issues: • “Premium” building guests eat separately for an extra €300 per stay — an unnecessary and tacky division. • Drinks are cheap syrups, no proper alcohol, no real fizz in “carbonated” drinks. • Overpriced: we paid for 3 standard rooms, and this was the most expensive hotel on our list — yet the quality is questionable. • Charging €2,000 for two people in such conditions is shameful and in bad taste.

We stayed for a week with 2 small kids in family room. Room was old and dirty. There was mold all over around shower, and curtain. When we asked for cleaning in reception. lady came and cleaned one corner, all the rest stayed as it was. Shower hose, floor, all corners completely from mold. Curtain in the room was dirty. There was a small piece of glass in the carpet that I cut myself on. Luckily it was me, not the kids. Hallway to the rooms, where we were staying was always dirty, covered in dust. Ladies were cleaning only stairs and main hallway on reception, but never the hallway in C blocks. Floor in the dining room was always dirty, you could find food from dinner on the floor, while having breakfast. Pools and beach were okay, but If you like to swim in the evening, then choose another hotel, because here staff will kick you out from the pool exactly at 6 PM, no matter how many people is still there, or what the weather is like. Staff in whole hotel is not nice or friendly either. Towel guy seems to be the most important person in the whole hotel or world. But also staff in the dining room are either taking the food sooner then you finish it, or if it is closer to the end of the meal, they just disappear. The only good thing here was the doctor, who helped us with our daughter, who got ear infection, she was very professional and helpful.
