Great Budget Hotel – Clean, Safe & Incredible Staff I stayed here from late April to June and was honestly amazed by the value. As someone who travels to Phuket regularly and has toured many hotels (including higher-end ones), I can confidently say this hotel stands out for how new, clean, and well-maintained it is—especially at this price point. The location is ideal: central but quiet, and we felt completely safe as two women traveling alone. What made the biggest impact was the staff—especially the night staff—who were incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us. We originally booked just two nights and ended up staying almost 2 months! Of course, it’s not perfect—there’s no pool or restaurant, and I do hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and overall condition. But honestly, I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels that didn’t feel as fresh or well cared for. Even my family moved here from a 5-star resort and said the service here was better. I’ll definitely be back and really hope they keep up the great standards!

We stayed at the hotel for two days, and we might have been the first ones to use the rooms. Everything was very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and there was a towel service for the beach. Mint at the reception was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back!

The service is absolutely atrocious, and the problems were endless. The place was filthy and completely unclean. When we brought these issues to their attention and asked for solutions, their response was shockingly dismissive: “If you don’t like it, move to another hotel.” Such disrespect and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. This establishment is entirely unsuitable for families, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
