Divan Bursa

One of the best hotels, especially the way they deal with people. Everything was more than wonderful. A unique experience that deserves to be repeated.

We had a pleasant stay at your hotel. The rooms were good and the food was tasty. We found the housekeeping staff to be pleasant, greeting us with a smile and maintaining a friendly demeanour. While the service was generally satisfactory, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the guest experience. Specifically, it would be beneficial to ensure that food plates, dishes, and tea cups left near room doors are cleared daily. On several occasions, we noticed these items remained outside for multiple days. Additionally, bed covers and bedsheets should be changed daily. There were instances where the same linens appeared to be reused, which affected our comfort. Other than these points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

I recently stayed in a deluxe room at Divan Hotel Bursa, located in front of the pool area with a supposed garden view. Unfortunately, there is no actual garden, just a small open area with some artificial plastic plants. The lack of privacy is notable, as you can see into other rooms from this area. Upon arrival, I realized the hotel does not match the pictures online. The staff were unwelcoming, displaying cold faces without smiles or friendly gestures. The overall vibe of the hotel is dated, reminiscent of the 80s with its red carpeting and wooden decor. The furniture and interior are outdated and not well-maintained. Room service was subpar. They consistently forgot to refill water and replace clean towels. Additionally, the food I ordered was disappointing. The burger I received was cold and tasteless, leading me to throw it away after just two bites. Considering the cost per night, this hotel does not justify its price. I would not recommend it and suggest spending your money on a well-known 5-star chain instead. In my opinion, this hotel deserves no more than a 3-star rating. I forgot to mention that there are a lot of ants 🐜 near the bedside table. I discovered that on my last day.
