Divan Mersin

I had a wonderful stay at Divan Hotel in Mersin! The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and elegant. Every detail was taken care of with great attention. Special thanks to the amazing team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mersin!

Great experience! Not easy to find cured and cared service like we found at Divan. The staff very attentive made our experience . Suphi and Umut have always been on top of anything needed and also the rest of the team and managers, especially Gültekin and Tekin, such of nice and attentive too!! We went for dinner and atmosphere was just fantastic. I will recommend it to visit again and again!

I am not disappointed — I am absolutely horrified by this hotel. After staying here for 15 days, I can say with certainty that my review reflects a real and deeply disturbing experience. Instead of taking action after my complaint, they threw me out with my two children without any warning. Imagine being a woman traveling alone with kids — and realizing that the hotel staff simply does not care. No respect. No compassion. Nothing. Their attitude towards foreigners is shockingly disrespectful. The women at the reception deliberately ignore you, won't even greet you, and act as if you don't exist. Even worse, the waiters in the restaurant mocked and laughed at foreign guests - an experience that was not only humiliating but deeply upsetting. This hotel has shown that it has no sense of responsibility and no respect for its guests. If you are a foreigner, prepare yourself for humiliation, mockery, and a cold, heartless reception. I strongly warn anyone: do not come to this hotel!
