Divares Luxury Hotel

Really amazing hotel, comfort bed, clean room, very nice staff they treated us very well, good prices, I definitely recommended. Plus I didn’t paid for breakfast but the staff told me you are our guest and no need to pay. although it was cheap but they didn’t took any extra money from me.

The hotel is fairly new, the beds are very comfortable, there is actually everything you’d need in an hotel room, the AC worked fine, the breakfast was good, and the staff was super nice (from the receptionist to the cook - we really liked the cook with the red peppers on his apron - he was very kind to us!) BUT: from the day we’ve checked in until the day we’ve checked out (we had three short stays in the same room, because we were traveling around) the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The floor was extremely dirty, there were hair everywhere from previous guests. Even after I’ve complained on the first morning it wasn’t cleaned. I’ve used a cup for tea on my first night and the dirty cup stayed there, and wasn’t changed till after we’ve left. Same thing happened with the towels. The windows in our room couldn’t be closed, so the noise from the street was bothering. All in all I’d say they need better trained maids, if they can fix the cleaning problem and the broken windows I’d recommend staying here.
