Great hotel, great rooms, high-tech, great rooftop garden, good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking in the back. Extra bonus: birds chirping in the morning and in the evening which gives it a very relaxing vibe. Definitely great to stay here The only downside and big minus from my point of view is that breakfast is not included in the price and is an extra 12 euros per person.

Luxury? Hm, otherwise… Upon entering the Deluxe Suite I was greeted not with the spacious elegance I had hoped for, but with an overwhelmingly cramped atmosphere that felt more like a quaint shoebox than a luxury suite. The space was so small that it was almost suffocating—there was literally no air to breathe. The lack of room to move around was disheartening, especially for a hotel that promotes itself with a sense of grandeur. The balcony, which should have been a lovely retreat with a view, turned out to be less than inviting. It appeared unkempt, with dirt accumulating and an overall sense of neglect. To make matters worse, the kitchen's odors permeated the air, creating an unpleasant dining cologne that lingered throughout the room. If you’re someone who appreciates the finer things in life, take heed: the Deluxe Suite is not worth the hefty price tag of 230 EUR for Genius Booking member in May. What should be a luxury experience felt more like a spartan retreat. While Diverso Platamon may lure you in with promises of luxury and nice photos, my experience proved otherwise. My stay was a reminder that not all that glitters is gold—sometimes, it’s simply tarnished.

Hello to all, I booked 2 rooms under the name Cosman Veronica, i specify this because the google account is made before marriage and maybe the owner will see our review as a family. So, holliday period 21-27 July 2025. First impression not very good. Why? For several reasons listed below: 1. Although i received confirmation from them by email following the request to check in at 10 am, when i arrived, the receptionist didn't know what i was talking about and i had to prove with confirmation which is not at all a professional way. He told me from the start that they don't have rooms, but after the proof, they had the room ready. 2. The hotel is located in the port on the main street, the rooms are also on the main street, an infernal noise at night, probably because of the windows which, after the noise, seemed to me to be made of cardboard. 3. Although breakfast is until 11 am (which is a big advantage) if you arrive at 10:45 and you stay at table to finish and is past 11 am, they come to clean the tables, they smash plates, cutlery, almost telling you to get up and leave. A respectable hotel doesn't do that. They wait for the last customer to leave and then delicately start cleaning. I should point out that I followed the situation durring the all 7 days and after breakfast they didn't have any special event for which they urgently needed to prepare the tables. 4. Initially we said we wanted a baby bed, then the next day we gave up on it and announced that we wanted it removed from the room. 2 days passed and we took it out into the hallway where it stayed for another 2 days. 5. The seif was unfunctional, we announce that, no action. We gave up 6. The cleaning in the hotel is excelent, outside not the same. Almost all the plants uncleaned of dryness, rusty railings, mold and uncleaned moss on the tiles next to the sidewalks. 7. They said that they have body massage on their web page, but when I requested for reservation they told me that they do not have this kind of service, only hamam. When I told them why is written on their Page about this service, they raise their hands very surprised and that was all. 8. Breakfast same in every single day. No diversity. 9. Why is written on your site that you have massagge if you do not have this kind of service at all? Very un professional. Unfortunately I will not come in future at rhis hotel. Dosn t deserve the money. As a conclusion about this hotel, it does not deserve its 4 stars in any case, it is clearly 3 stars. And as a general conclusion, after 5 stays in Greece on different islands and locations, one thing is certain. Personally, I do not think the Greeks are hardworking people. Too bad about their magnificent sea that they do not appreciate at its true value.
