Best service I ever had but prices are little higher than other hotels that's it

My review based on the flat they provide. Sorry this review made second day as I was so tired when arrived. The location is based on person preference I think it is not central it is to the north close to Arab mall and airport but away from palastain street. The parking there is many places but not for the hotel but always I found place. Away from most of famous restaurants about 1.2 miles. Except pizza hut as on same building. The reception look good the worker cooperation is good. The corridor in the floor they provide is nasty photo provided. The room 😩 first it is not classy at all. The kitchen really bad with loud refrigerator I mean it. The food table is made of metal which pentrate my thigh is part out from under it. The bed is comfortable but smell is nasty really bad you know mixed smoke and humidity smell. The room smell humidity smell for me it is bad smell. Toilet 😞 that the worst part with smell like garbage even shower area really have bad smell like you are in sewage. Everything is rusty and cleanliness is poor and the sink where I should wash my face and hand is closed photo provided. Really I will never visit this hotel again I pay by Visa through booking where they said sorry we can not refund the money.

NOT RECOMENDED: 1. Service employees are awful. Very NOT welcoming and very UnHelpful, we take our luggage OURSelf to the room... 2. Bathroom shower not working, 3. Water presure is very low, not comfertable for taking shower, 4. AC is not adjustable, 5. Very Small occupancy elevator fits 6 persons 6. Drinking water not provided 7. Managed by very unprofesional employees
