It was an amazing experience in the Diwotel! Check-in and check-out was super easy, Christina helped for everything! She even gifted a cup of expressoooo :) Definitely recommended for anybody who needs a place to stay. Affordable!
Room was spacious and has a balcony. But we were disappointed by the lack of room amenities, and even for a hot water we need to go to the lobby. The water in the sink and shower suddenly turned brownish in colour and smelled rusty in the morning. Breakfast was ok, but options were limited. Staffs are friendly and helpful though.
We booked a room for 3 persons. We checked in and entered the room, with only one set of towel and a unmade sofa bed. We told reception two times, they said they will send one staff to check what we lack. The staff did come and promised us to bring what we required which are very essential, yet he never came back. So, I ended up sleeping on a sofa with a sheet without cover. How ridiculous! Also, there is not fridge and kettle in the room. Very disappointed!
