Diyar Al Taqwa Hotel

Our experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The service was terrible from the moment we arrived, starting with the reception staff who were unprofessional and rude. Instead of welcoming us, they seemed irritated and uninterested in helping. The food arrangements were completely disorganized. Even though the hotel should’ve expected a big crowd, there was no proper planning. Food ran out quickly and wasn’t refilled, leaving many guests—including us—without anything to eat. What little food was available was poorly presented and not managed well. There were hardly any food options, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Most of them were slow, unhelpful, and acted like the chaos around them wasn’t their concern. There was no sense of urgency or willingness to assist guests. Overall, this place failed to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. From reception to food to service, everything needs serious improvement. I would not recommend staying here or planning any event at this hotel until they take major steps to improve.

I don't know how he started the hotel business. I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes after I got it, I called the reception more than 20 times. No one picks up the phone, the people there don't give me the Wi-Fi password. Their room is small, so they charge me a lot of money. I call all night, no one picks up the phone. Then the next morning. I come to the reception. The reception is empty, then I cancel my room. Their guy didn't give me my money back.

The incident happened on the second day. The door wouldn't open with the card key. We are devastated. Very unfortunate. The room wasn't cleaned. The towels weren't replaced. I had to wait a long time. The replaced towels had hair on them. Wifi was no good. There was no hot water in the shower. The reception didn't speak English. I should never stay at this hotel. I want a refund. I love Saudi Arabia, so it's a shame.
