Our stay at Dizalya Palm Garden was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. There’s a huge variety of delicious food every day – something for everyone. Freshly baked pizza by the pool, ice cream, waffles, and snacks made it hard to resist!❤️ The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Nuri, one of the bartenders – such a great guy! Very professional, always smiling, and full of positive energy. He created a fun atmosphere at the bar and really made our beach days extra special with cool drinks and great vibes.🤩 This hotel is definitely worth recommending – perfect for families, couples, or a trip with friends. We’ll definitely come back!💋
Nice hotel, well looked after. Every member of staff works hard to keep the guest happy. Food on the whole was fairly good. Large selection of items to choose from. The main restaurant has something for everyone. The beach bar/cafe has a smaller selection but is freshly cooked or cooked to order which was great. Entertainment team works hard to keep guest entertained. My main negatives, our room was not cleaned properly and our water of two bottles a day was not replaced for three days. Other members of our group on a different floor did receive their two daily bottles. The wine and spirits were not great which was a shame, otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.
The reviews I read beforehand provided a fairly accurate picture of the hotel. However, my purpose in writing this review is to specifically address the spa and massage services. I would strongly advise against booking any treatments, as they are overpriced and fall far short of expectations. We booked the “Gold Service” treatment. It began with a bubble bath, which turned out to be one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. The service was conducted in the same room for both myself and my wife, attended by a male and a female staff member, with no privacy or proper coverage—my wife was only in a bikini. Neither staff member spoke a single word of English; instead, they simply pulled and guided our arms and bodies to signal movement. At one point, the female attendant even slapped my wife on the buttocks as a way of indicating she should turn over. Throughout the entire process, both attendants conversed loudly with each other in their native language, even making jokes as they worked, which felt highly unprofessional. The second stage was the actual massage, which was the only reasonably decent part of the experience. Afterward, we were given facial masks and moved to another room to relax while they dried. Shortly after, a man who claimed to have a “medical degree” entered and, in broken English, attempted to explain that we had “a little big problem” with our backs. He then recommended a “medical massage” to fix these supposed issues and offered it at “half price” if we agreed to do it immediately—a clear sales pitch. The final disappointment came when, despite the Gold Service including a hot stone massage, this was never provided. After we declined the upsell, the session abruptly ended, and we were told to change and leave.
