This is the perfect place ❤️ with great animations and perfect clean room. Food was great and everyone is possible find something for themselves even my 10 years son find something for himself. Perfect beach and great place. Thank you for this holiday!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a deeply disappointing experience. The cleaning staff consistently arrived late, and when they finally did show up, they would find an excuse not to clean the room—usually by claiming I was present. On my final day, the situation escalated further when the cleaner barged into my room unannounced, demanding I leave immediately ,she also spoke behind my back, in an unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, the guards at the main gate were rude and unprofessional, using inappropriate language. This level of disrespect and lack of hospitality is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.AVOID,AVOID,AVOID
