Best Hotel I was in in Halong. Honestly: A goodnplce and breakfast. So friendly people too.
This is a great 5 Star hotel. My only suggestion is a change in the room Asian couch. Not comfortable to be able to seat a long time, I would suggest changing and washing cover once a while. Great buffet for guests for breakfast.
,,just because it’s big doesn’t mean it’s good”- that what I always say. This hotel is a big hotel with friendly staff!! But still not good enough to be a 5- star hotel. I expected more. The food is terrible, not seasoned (breakfast), it is really not good. The gym is overheated, unclean, and got that sweat smell, even though the swimming pools are great, they seem uncomfortable (the outside pool)… I do have to say that the workers her are really nice!! You guys just need to work it up and do something to make this hotel better. 5- star hotel it’s says, but feels like a 3- star. Not everything that shines is made out of gold.
