We stayed at Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel Belek and were absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The resort is stunning – lush gardens, crystal-clear pools, and direct access to a clean, sandy beach. Every detail is carefully thought out, and luxury is everywhere. Our room was spacious, modern, and always spotless. We especially loved the sea view – waking up to that every morning was magical. The food? Outstanding. So many restaurants with delicious, diverse options – from Turkish specialties to Italian, Asian, and more. And don’t miss the patisserie – it's heaven for dessert lovers! 🧁🍰 There’s something for everyone: kids’ entertainment, live shows, a fantastic spa, and even quiet areas for those looking to relax in peace. The evening shows were world-class – professional, fun, and different every night. A few tips: book the à la carte restaurants early, bring water shoes for the beach, and take time to enjoy the spa – it’s worth it. Overall, Alva Donna exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're a couple, a family, or traveling with friends – you’ll leave with unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to return!
We are staying for 10 days, until June 15th, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience has not been as we would have wanted. This is primarily due to the dismissive and unprofessional attitude of some reception staff, who appear to treat guests differently based on their own perception of who is “important” or who they like. Our first room, 1236, was located next to continuously running equipment, which created persistent background noise. After several days of trying to adapt, I requested a room change, with five days still remaining in our stay. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive throughout this process. They insisted I check out at 10 AM and wait until 2 PM to access a new room—clearly a tactic to discourage the move. Fortunately, I speak English, Turkish, and Russian, so I fully understood their conversations. Only after speaking with the Guest Relations Manager—who contacted Levent Bey (a more senior receptionist)—was I allowed to stay in my original room until 12 PM. It was only then that the Assistant Front Office Manager and Reception Staff member Haci Mustafa Ertaş finally offered assistance. However, when I returned to check into the new room (1707), I was made to wait well past 2:30 PM, despite the standard check-in time being 2 PM. This felt unnecessarily petty, especially since they had previously pressured me to check out early at 10 AM (even though official checkout is at 12 PM). All of this occurred during a pre-paid holiday, which only added to the frustration. Considering the amount of money spent here, you could have a much more respectful and comfortable experience at countless other resorts in Europe. I do want to acknowledge that the chefs, waiters, bartenders, Guest Relations and cleaning staff have consistently done their jobs well and should not be included in this criticism.
That was awesome luxurious experience. Thanks to the team for their service.
