We needed to stay an extra night of our one week stay in San Cristobal and decided to stayed at this hotel. The location is good, the staff is friendly. The internet didn't work for the most part, extremely spotty so we were glad we didn't have to do any work on that day, it's quite noisy from the street at night and during the day. The washroom/toilet area has a bad design and the toilet area got flooded after a shower. Good pressure and hot water in the shower. The room felt hot during the day and we couldn't open the window as the window was facing the street at pedestrian level. All in all for the price, I wouldn't consider staying here again, so many other options in San Cristobal.

The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean, but the noise from the street was terrible. From the music played in the center, the cars from the street, the people at the reception leaving at 4h am for tours... we could hear everything. We ask to change rooms, but only 101 and 201 are away from the street and they were apparently busy and they are double room. If you can book those, good for you. Staff is ok, but could be friendlier. Location is awesome.

This small hotel has only 12 rooms so is often full. We got a room on the first floor with our window directly into the street. It was very noisy and hot because we couldn't open the window without having all passers-by looking in. We asked to be moved but nothing was available until the next night and we were the only for 2 nights. Also the front desk staff were always chatting loudly. Staff were attentive and friendly but not really into helping.
