Dock Masters Hotel Apartments

Actually it is an apartment hotel, but its services are good. Their gymnasium is good. I liked it and food also. They provided a good breakfast as well as the dinner. Unfortunately I didn't got an opportunity to had a lunch from there. Any way the room is good and have the sufficient facilities. The hotel have a private pool and it is beautiful but I didn't got an opportunity to use that. It is a good hotel.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel and management. Rooms are average quality not even 1star standard. They were not ready to provide any bathroom needs like soap, towels without us asking everyday. We had opted for extra bed but then they were not ready to provide towel for the extra person. Everyday we have to call front desk and ask and even after that service was very slow. We didn't not get hot water in the shower when complained the support person said that's all what can be provided. Breakfast is pathetic not much options. They say yes to anything you ask but they don't give a damn to provide the same. Not worth at all for the money they charge

Terrible experience. My first time in Dubai I stayed here. No breakfast, no airport shuttle and basic things for tourist to enjoy and I was not informed plus I was charged high amount. I immediately checked out the next day and went to a better and friendly hotel.
