From the outside it may look old, but the rooms are very good. Clean bathroom and good facilities. You have a bus stop nearby, even though the bus might be busy usually.
Lovely cosy place. Clean and welcoming. Thank you for everything Doina !
I booked four nights here via Booking.com. We arrived early evening and discovered the property was not up to scratch and not as advertised on Booking.com. The property itself is a bus then train ride away from the attractions of Rome. The apartment building is very rundown and depressing and is not occupied by families. The photos show a kitchen area. This is not within the apartment but is communal. This turned out to be irrelevant anyway as there is no way of lighting the gas, no utensils or plates or any kitchenware and no kettle. Impossible to even make a cup of tea or coffee. The kitchen was dirty and falling apart. The room itself was clean although extremely basic and in need of a re-fresh with marks and stains. We asked to see the owner and he said he would come up to see us so we waited...and waited. He didn't show but by now desperate for something to eat we found him chatting to people in the entrance to the flats. He offered us a better room but by that time we decided it was all too awful but as it was now so late we had to stay one night and find somewhere else for the other three nights in the morning. He refused any kind of refund for the remaining 3 nights then removed our booking from Booking.com so that we couldn't leave a review, hence this Google review. He took all our money for four nights for this dump and last minute accommodation elsewhere was hard to find. I have never before felt the need to leave a bad review of anywhere that I have stayed before. We stayed at 12 different places during our tour of Italy and this was our only really bad experience.
