Dodo Hotel Spa Old City

Fantastic Stay at Palde Hotel! I had such a great experience at Palde Hotel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is perfect—right in the center of everything, so it's super easy to explore the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the free breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh. On top of that, they offered free drinks throughout the day, which was such a nice touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming and generous. If you're looking for a clean, central hotel with amazing service, great breakfast, and free drinks, this is the place. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in this hotel: beautiful, spacious rooms, excellent location, and kind staff. From the disadvantages, I would point out that the breakfast was truly poor, and since the hotel is located on a dynamic street, it was noisy at night due to local parties in the bars and noise from the trams. Also, the bath in the room had a bit of mold. Knowing that this building is quite old, and despite the mentioned above cons, I would still say that the stay was relatively decent for a couple of nights for this price in the city centre.

My stay at Hotel Palde in Istanbul was absolutely terrible. Since returning home, I have been extremely sick for three days, and I am convinced it’s due to the tap water. I didn’t even drink it—just rinsed my mouth—but it smelled like sewage and was completely unsafe. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the staff in the breakfast area was incredibly rude. One particular employee (blonde hair in a ponytail, black pants, and a sweater with two white stripes) constantly gave guests angry looks and never restocked anything. The breakfast was poor, the food was disgusting, and the drinks seemed expired. This was far from a welcoming experience. The rooms were extremely noisy. I was woken up constantly by arguments, crying babies, and loud guests. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone!
