I saw hair strands on the bed. Location is perfect. Room smelled smoke. All in all, it’s fair price.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom and sink were disgustingly dirty, and the floor was full of hairs. This lack of hygiene is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. Furthermore, the staff at the reception were unfriendly and unprofessional. Their attitude did not reflect the level of service one would expect from a reputable hotel. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was unsettling and resembled that of a hostel rather than a hotel. It gave off an impression that it might be involved in inappropriate activities, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I hope you take these concerns seriously and address them promptly to prevent other guests from having a similarly disappointing experience. I look forward to your response and to hearing how you plan to resolve these issues.

This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in - if you could even speak of one. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room as we are booth non-smokers and we were traveling with our baby. What we found was an ashtray in the room, covered smoke detectors, a cigaret on the floor next to the bed and ashes in the sink in the bathroom. Not to speak of the hair on the bed and in the bathroom on the towels (they had to come to change the sheets and clean the bathroom of course) and the door knob that fell off when we entered. As we arrived late and had to get up early to catch a flight we only had a few hours of sleep, otherwise we would have never stayed in this place. In the middle of the night we woke up by intense cigarette smell that probably came from the ventilation system - a true nightmare! STAY AWAY!
