Beautiful place to stay. The surroundings provide a lovely sunset walk. Acres of fields. The tower room is incredible. The steaks are out of this world. The staff are all very friendly. The same chef for dinner and breakfast and she came out after to talk to us. The wine is delicious and not too expensive. The only thing that was disappointing is they only do winery tours and tasting for minimum of 6 people. We picked this hotel partially for the winery so it was extremely disappointing to being able to visit. Also the spa is only available between 1600-2100 with 30 minutes notice. Not good if just staying for one night. Definitely worth a 2 night stay.
Lovely place! We spend the night here on our way to the alps.. Comfortable room and very clean! Breakfast can be improved! I see they focus on wines, I should come back if I have the time! Thank you!
We stayed one night at Dohlmuhle in June in room 6 (The Tower Room). This room is amazing - it is on two levels with views in all directions. It was spotlessly clean. Excellent wine shop. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a meal in Antonietta's steakhouse which was excellent and beautifully presented. We ate outside in the garden which was a beautiful setting. We enjoyed it so much that we will go back again.
