What a great place to relax and feel pampered. We had two connected rooms with a fantastic view of the park. The hotel is within walking distance to the park as well as to downtown Bad Nauheim. The front desk personnel was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Sales and marketing assistant Frau Patz went out of her way to accommodate us with a special request we had. We'll always come back and we'll encourage our friends to become your guests also. Thank you
Spread over a vast area with beautiful gardens. More like a resort. Super staff. Barman tonight 2/3rd Aug was brilliant. Rooms are clean and very spacious
Great and peaceful location close to the park and small shops. The hotel restaurant is also good. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda. Our suite had dried urine and potentially more under the toilet. We were offered another room but no compensation.
