We celebrated the 70th birthday of a great person here. The place is splendid, simply amazing. There is no amount of photos or videos that I post that would do justice to it. Friends and family stayed in apartments/flats, houses, and hotel rooms. Most of the 2, 3, 4 bedroomed houses have private pools which aren't heated. Each room has AC units and a TV. Unfortunately, each TV can not be used to stream your entertainment account... capabilities vary from flats, houses, rooms, and hotel rooms. Each house/ flat comes with a pressing iron, ironing broad, blow dryer, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, electric kettle, cutlery, cookery and various kitchen equipment. Practically, home away from home but with zero stress. Very clean, no funny smells. Well maintained. The wallpaper in the hotel rooms would need attention, though. Did I tell you all about the staff?... I felt like "royalty." They are the most professional and polite individuals I have come across. Not the fake I-have-to-be-nice-to-you-'cos-I-need-the-money-smile. Most actually. For the better part, I felt a geniune sense of "joy" to assist. Maybe I am wrong, but in any case, they were excellent in helping out. Special thanks to the chauffeurs - Padro, Andre, and Alexander, who diligently assisted us to and from our apartments. The They have got a 10 metre length swimming pool, spa, gymnastics, bar, mini chapel, and other amenities. The breakfast buffet is to "die for"... spread of cheeses, selection of confectionery, easy omelette, scrambled eggs, baby hotdogs, tasty bacons, golden hash browns, cold baked beans(that I didn't like but was ok), semi-skimmed milk, lactose free milk, and one other milk, madeleine cakes, croissants, 6 fruits salad mix and 6 fruits made your own salad, various fruits, cereals, juices, hot drink machine for your hot chocolate, cappuccino, decaffeinated/caffeinated coffee, tea, pancake... I can go on all day. Know what... just visit, and if you don't like it, then you, my friend, can never appreciate good stuff. I will definitely be going again.

A true countryside escape, just a short drive from Lisbon. I spent a weekend here with my parents to celebrate a special birthday, and it was exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature, and time to disconnect. The hotel is surrounded by golf courses, wide green fields, and the sounds of nature — it really feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere (in the best possible way). Even though there were some children around, we still found plenty of calm, especially by avoiding peak hours at the pool and restaurant. The pool is spacious, the atmosphere serene, and the staff truly go above and beyond — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. This place doesn’t just offer rest; it invites you to breathe differently, to slow down, and to be present. If you’re looking for a quiet escape without going too far from the city, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

Just going to say that this place has breathtaking views, with beautiful pools, daily activities and amazing staff. Super family friendly and a perfect couples retreat for anyone wanting a special getaway. A big shout out to Bia as she was very kind to teach us Yoga and the kids ping pong.
