I stayed at this hotel for 3 or 4 nights, and overall, it was a mix of both good and bad experiences. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the higher up you stay, the better the view. They were also spotless in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast was good, though I think it could be more diverse to better suit international tastes. The hotel pool is amazing and has a stunning view, definitely don’t miss it if you stay here. As for the hotel restaurant, the prices were quite high, and according to friends who tried it, it wasn’t really worth it — it felt more about the luxury vibe than the actual value. I personally had two negative experiences, both due to poor coordination and management issues. However, the staff did their best to make up for it, and I truly appreciated that effort and I have to say that all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Rooms were decent. However the cleanliness could be a bit better considering this is a 5* property. The roof top pool was amazing. Breakfast spread was decent. Indian options were present although the combination of Indian food can be better. Everything was grate till we checked out. During checkout strangely the manager or the person in charge was rude. Which kind of spoiled the good memories we had.

Advantages: new, clean room. Disadvantages: 1. The lobby was fully occupied, and when I requested to wait at the bar, the bar manager seemed reluctant to accommodate me and directed me back to the lobby. After a brief pause, I was finally allowed to sit at the bar. Once seated, no one inquired about my needs or provided a menu for reference, likely due to assumptions based on my appearance suggesting I might not be able to afford the services. Staff members were congregating and eating in front of customers. -> Conclusion: a lack of respect and a dismissive attitude towards customers. 2. I have a link booking. I did not wish to return multiple times to extend my stay and wanted to avoid inconveniencing the front desk during peak hours. At 11 PM, I stopped by to present my booking confirmation, indicating that I had a reservation, and was informed that I could extend my room key the following morning. At 9 AM the next day, I returned and was told that there was no booking and instructed to come back after 10 AM-11 AM to extend my stay, as the booking had not been created and the system required checking out of the old room before checking into the new one, despite the lobby being empty. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the staff. -> Conclusion: poor handling of operations.
