Very nice Spa hotel to rest surrounded by the nature. Full Spa services with many outdoors activities for those who wants to. Kinds friendly environment and the food is really nice. I'll definitely recommend it.
Lovely hotel. Great location. The forest is the main feature. Really worth the trip and repeatable. The hotel was pleasant. I think they could definitely improve the in-room coffee. Coffee is always for me a critical need in a hotel room and the quality was not what I expected. I put a tag outside for cleaning the room but nobody showed up, I spoke to a lady on the floor but nobody turned up. eventually they gave me a voucher. I was aware of the voucher system but I wanted fresh towels. Which I got but then I had two batches of towels one set wet with robes from my trip to the pool, so it wasn’t handy. You need to book to use the pool which I don’t think was necessary but definitely something to keep in mind. Why I still rated the place well? The forest, reception staff and the availability of child friendly activities. (Volleyball, table tennis, etc)
This place could be a lovely choice for a quiet weekend getaway with your partner or even for families looking to relax. However, if you're planning a trip with friends, I wouldn’t recommend it — the atmosphere is very calm and geared more toward couples. There isn't much going on, so it’s easy to feel bored if you're looking for a more social or lively experience. Service-wise, at the restaurant, we waited around 20 minutes just to receive the à la carte menu, and the seating arrangement felt awkward and not very inviting. Check-in at the reception was also a bit disappointing — the staff provided very limited information, and even when I asked follow-up questions, the responses were brief and unhelpful. Also worth noting: the queues at reception for both check-in and check-out were surprisingly long. The room itself was decent, though not perfect. There was no minibar, and unfortunately, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, there were dirty spots on the seats, and in the shower. Also the extra blanket provided was a 90cm blanket but into a 2m sheet. The spa system is somewhat confusing and the area feels small and a bit cramped. While treatments are offered, the prices are high, and personally, I wouldn't pay €130 for a 50 minute massage or €190 for 80 minutes. Breakfast was mixed — the pancakes were OK, and the coffee was okay, though it could be better. However, the fruit was not fresh and didn’t taste good, and the beans and eggs tasted like they were heated up from the day before.
