Decent place to spend a hot summer week. The central pool, relaxing in the evening, was the spot I needed after touring Sicily’s many wonders during the day. Rooms could use a renovation but they are clean and quiet. We had a nice view over the green grounds and the hills in the distance.

Disappointed – Rooms Not as Promised & Poor Customer Service We booked two modern rooms with a terrace and garden view, as shown in the hotel’s booking description. Upon arrival, we were placed in old rooms in the outdated building, with a strong smell of dampness, no terrace, and no view. There was also no kettle, although tea and coffee were provided. We immediately informed reception, but were told the hotel was fully booked and “they would look into it.” We also emailed management with our complaint, but received no reply. Later that evening, we returned to find a kettle in the room – meaning someone entered without our consent. Still, no explanation, no apology, and no compensation were offered. We travelled with friends, including a couple who just got married and their newborn baby, and this was certainly not the stay we were promised. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to deliver the booked room category are unacceptable. If you value getting exactly what you book, be cautious – our experience did not match the description, and the management did not resolve the issue.

Incredible bad experience. Probably the worst hotel (price/value wise) I have ever been. We had mold in the room and no one cared after several attempts to speak with the receptionist, the manager and other personal. We had to change hotel because it was so bad after one night and didn’t get any money back that we paid for our one week booking.
