We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check-in was smooth, and our room was ready early few hours before the check in time so we highly appreaciate that. The room was clean with a lovely view. We enjoyed the spa, especially the Hamman Royale massage with Amina – it was our first time and it was fantastic! The hotel's Christmas services were great, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the location, about 25 minutes' walk from the medina. Still, we'd highly recommend for its relaxing atmosphere, view and exceptional service

I recently stayed at the Dawliz Spa Hotel in Rabat and have very mixed feelings. On the one hand, the hotel has one of the best views I’ve ever experienced—overlooking the new theatre, the striking modern tower, and out towards the sea. Absolutely gorgeous, especially at sunset. The food was another major highlight. Both the cafe snack restaurant and the main restaurant served delicious, well-presented meals at fairly reasonable prices. The pool is also lovely—very clean and a great place to relax. The spa was another standout: spotlessly clean, with warm and friendly staff who gave amazing pedicures and manicures. However, despite all these positives, the hotel feels somewhat half-finished. You can’t charge anything to your room, so every meal or service must be paid for on the spot, which is a bit inconvenient for a hotel of this standard. The carpets in the corridors were stained and not very clean, which detracted from the otherwise modern feel of the place. In the room, I noticed some odd inconsistencies: the soaps provided were all different, towels were often not restocked, and staff would disturb us during the day asking if they could add more towels. The rooms themselves feel like they haven't been fully finished or furnished, which is surprising given how new the hotel is and its size and location. Overall, the Dawliz Spa Hotel has a lot of potential—it’s beautiful in many ways—but it still feels like it’s in the final stages of being completed. With a bit more attention to detail and better service coordination, it could easily become a top destination in Rabat.

Great place, superb location, particularly in the evening. However the riverside bar had no fruit juices to speak of, the service was incredibly slow, just 1 service staff for the whole terrace which meant waiting 20+ minutes for coffees - more for tea! Very disappointed, the Four Seasons was so much better in menu choice and service standard which more than made up for the city centre vs. riverside location difference.
