This hotel is "on property" of Dollywood, but its is NOT walkable to the park, you will need to utilize their complimentary shuttle to and from as the hotel is over a 50-55 minute walk from park entrance! The resort is very nice and kept up. The pool was nice and had tons of lifeguards (it did shut down for lightning in the area), but they also have an indoor pool that stayed open. Overall a first class operation. Rhonda at check-in was amazing too, went above and beyond, so friendly.
very nice! it feels very grand when you walk in and service is very cheery and kind. it feels at home like and is very clean. the bathrooms outside of the room in the lobby were nice too. the room ordering food service worked very well and it came just as good as in the restaurant
I didn't get to stay at the resort but my mom, myself and my son came to check it out because we love everything Dolly. The resort is stunning, clean, the staff is friendly but there is one person in particular I want to point out. In the shop, Mary. Mary is the kindest, friendliest and from the short time we spoke one of the most gentle souls we’ve encountered. I could have stayed in the boutique and talked to her all day! My almost one year old, Henry, was absolutely in love with her too! You have a gem working there! We will be back and next time to stay the night!
