Our recent family trip to Dolphin Bay Resort in Pismo Beach was nothing short of spectacular, and we owe so much of that to Sam and the incredible staff! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a glass of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The two-bedroom queen suite was spacious, comfortable with stunning views of the garden and ocean beyond. It felt like a home away from home. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service, which rivaled the best we’ve experienced in places like Bali and India. Sam went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, making us feel so valued and cared for. Even our dog was treated like royalty with a personalized bowl, bed, and treats—what a delightful touch! Our kids loved the vibrant atmosphere and delicious food at the resort’s restaurant, and we all left feeling refreshed and fulfilled. The hospitality at Dolphin Bay made this trip truly special. We had our wedding at Dolphin Bay last weekend and Mary Ventura, the venue coordinator, was amazing from start to finish. She was meticulous, thorough, precise, and had lots of great ideas to help bring our vision to life. She was very quick to respond to any communications and stayed on top of everything to make sure our day went smoothly. We had to change our reception plans a few days before the wedding due to a bad weather forecast, but Mary was so quick to help us find backup options to ensure our wedding day was still special. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to have our wedding and couldn’t thank Mary enough for everything. The hotel staff was also outstanding. Our wedding was perfect and everything was so beautiful! We highly recommend booking your event here. Mary and the staff will exceed your expectations!
