Dolphin Bay Seaside Resort & Suites

July 2025! The best family hotel we have ever visited! Very clean, nice rooms, very good menu for all! The Galissas beach 50m from the hotel, with very normal prices in the beach bars! The beach was great and suitable for kids!!! More than recommended! Don’t hesitate to visit this hotel! 5 stars from our family we had great time in your hotel!!!

We stayed at this hotel in Syros for a few days with my husband and our son, and we were very happy with our experience. The hotel is quite large and has a spacious swimming pool area with plenty of seating, a designated kids’ section, and a poolside bar with a good variety of food. A big plus for us was the presence of a lifeguard on site, which gave us peace of mind while our son was playing in the pool. Our room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed and a unique shower design in the bathroom, which we really liked. We also had a small private patio in front of the room, which was perfect for our son to play safely. Everything felt clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff were exceptional—very friendly and helpful, especially with our son. He always looked forward to passing by reception where the lovely lady would chat with him. That kind of warm, personal touch makes a big difference for families. The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, fresh options, and a large, comfortable dining area. In the evenings, there was also a very nice seating area to relax. The hotel also offers designated seating at the nearby beach, which is just a short walk away. The only minor downside was that it came at an extra cost (around €20 for two sunbeds and an umbrella, even with a guest discount), which we felt could ideally be included for hotel guests. Still, since we mostly used the pool, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the value for money was excellent, especially for a family trip. Syros in general felt very affordable, and this hotel offered great quality at a great price. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back for another stay!

I recently stayed at Dolphin Bay Resort as part of a school trip abroad (for 2 credits), and it exceeded all expectations—the rooms were immaculate, the service was spectacular, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The resort’s great pool and beautiful beach made relaxation effortless, while its tidy restaurants and grocery store offered convenient amenities even though it's a bit removed from the city center. The food served at the hotel was amazing, too—delicious and satisfying every meal. When our ferry was unexpectedly canceled, the staff accommodated us by extending our stay another night with ease, showing remarkable flexibility and care. I had an absolutely amazing time and would definitely recommend Dolphin Bay Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtful, and memorable getaway.
