We have been coming to Dom Pedro Portobelo since 1987. The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have put new mattresses and are painting the apartments. The apartments are spacious and very clean. The view from the apartments is absolutely beautiful. However, this is our last visit here as timeshare holders, but I will always cherish the good times and memories made here.
Staff were very kind & pleasant. Rooms were clean& tidy. I didn't realise that the 'twin' rooms i ordered, didn't have twin beds in one room? Breakfast was good, but had to go to the Marina Hotel one morning, which wasn't a problem, and it was still good.
Sound proofing and air con aren’t any good, location is great. Pool cleaned until 10am then pretty busy throughout day, closes at 7pm. Despite having Dom Pedro points we can’t use them towards accommodation, contrary to what marketing states.
