Amazing Gem, hidden in the forest. You listen to birds, watch nature from your balcony and are welcomed by the smiling, Guadeloupe Joie de Vivre of Gladys and Laurie. The place has 4 bungalows plus a 5th one next to the river, I highly recommend the one with balcony . The pool is deliciously warm, if you ask you can even have diner but also massage at their place. Finally the place is very well located to discover the numerous waterfalls nearby and tour the whol island from Basse Terre to Grande Terre. The owners put a lot of efforts, energy and love to make sure your journey will be unforgettable while minimizing their impact on nature (bungalows well isolated, solar water heaters, endemic flowers all around..). I hope you can have the same experience as we did as we feel energized, thankful and blessed after such an amazing week at the Domaine Damouw!
Wonderful place excellent food
We spent a week as a family at the Malaka bungalow, located very close to the pool. The bungalow was very clean and functional. The estate is peaceful, surrounded by Guadeloupean vegetation. Very well located for visiting Basse Terre and Grande Terre. We absolutely loved Gladys and Laury, our hosts, who are incredibly kind and always available when needed. I highly recommend it 😊
