Beautiful locations, rooms getting a little dated. Kids loved the Kangaroos (yes, kangaroos!).

This is supposed to be a four-star hotel but I’d struggle to give it 3. When I arrived at dinner time I was told I couldn’t eat because the restaurant was full. I wasn’t offered dinner in my room. It was too late and I was too tired to go looking for a restaurant as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The room itself isn’t awful - it was decently spacious but the devil is in the details. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been updated since the 1980s and the sink was cracked and stained. The toilet was in its own little cubicle and the pipework was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned or painted in decades. The hairdryer was one of those fixed to the wall jobs with very yellowed old plastic. And the air conditioner was a big box mounted on the wall and despite turning down the fan speed it made a terrible racket all night. And to add insult to injury, there weren’t any drinks in the minibar fridge. Not even a couple of small bottles of water. This is not worthy of four stars at all. Poor quality considering the prices they are asking. Would not choose to stay there again.

I don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel (see other reviews that align with this) Tonnes of Mosquitos in the rooms with no nets (must have left window open all day to air room before arrival). Stayed overnight arrived midnight and had drilling literally in the wall next to my ear from 9am. When asked what it was the reception did nothing, actually denied it until I mentioned I could hear it whilst we were speaking. Then refused to find out what it was. No apology. You have to pay for spa Bathroom really outdated Saw a mouse in one corridor Can’t really find a positive for my nights stay which is a shame.
