This was a hotel we stayed at while we were at attending a wedding in the area. We loved the hotel so much we decided to come back with the little fellow and some friends to spend the weekend. The spa was also great according to the Mrs and i can confirm that the pool is really great ! Excellent staff and super kind and helpful, I get the feeling its impossible to get them to say no lol. Oh and the food was yummy too ! not to forget the great drinks.
The really unique thing about the Domaine Des Roches is that if you are a family, you can get cottage! The food in the restaurant is also really good! The restaurant is a nice, big buffet style restaurant. They also have a pool, universal adapters, and rooms in the main building for 1-2 people. Pool, Restaurant, Universal Adapters, good service, and a bonus for cottages= Five Stars!
Friends invited us for lunch and the service, as well as the meal were very good. Prices go according to the seasonal ingredients and level of service. To our surprise it is also a 4 star hotel. Next time we visit Briare, we will try to get reservations here for an overnight and a meal or two.
