Very good experience and very very good Brasserie and Michelin Star Restaurant. The chef is from Lyon and an OL fan but we forgive him as his food is really in line for a second star! Well done superb selection of wine pairing with the 10 course meal. Really really impressed. The staff was also very understanding of our 2 very young daughters 2and a half and 4 and a half... 3 hours plus there... It was a bit difficult but the staff did very very well. I recommend this place for City folks with children too.
We stayed for one night during a road trip in the summer. The room was nice and comfortable, the restaurant served great food and the kids enjoyed the pool for hours.
Very good staff, rooms very comfortable, clean, all bits and pieces you'd need. Food was very good and has a Michellin Star restaurant. Service was excellent. Hotel itself was a bit soulless and no bar to sit and chat or catch up at.
