Domaine Les Mésanges

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon trip to France and we are both so happy that we did! It’s a beautiful place, and very peaceful—just a short distance from the center of St. Tropez and the beaches. The room was very charming. Plus, everyone who worked there was exceptionally kind and welcoming. They even set up some small gifts and flowers in our room for us in honor of our honeymoon. The continental breakfast is made with ingredients from their own garden, grown right on site. Everything was so fresh and always delicious. Overall it has been one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the most beautiful hotels there I’ve ever stayed! So aesthetic and cozy, the breakfast was really delicious! When I saw this place in booking I immediately booked because it was like a love from the first sight:) Atmosphere is very romantic. I liked that they have a free parking. The people who work there are so friendly and nice. One small thing that I didn’t like is the water in pool was a bit dirty, with leaves etc. And one thing that I would suggest to change is to buy one more iron for the guests:)

Warning: If you will be arriving in the evening, it would be recommended to look for a different place to stay. Our flight was delayed, so we notified Domaine Les Mésanges and they said no problem and gave us all the instructions to checkin saying the room would be unlocked and keys in the room. Tired and exhausted we finally arrive around 11pm to what looks like a cute property and I’m sure the rooms are great, but we were locked out! They never unlocked our room, so I urgently try calling the phone numbers (of course no response) and sent them emails. We even attempted to see if maybe a window would be unlocked but no luck. Ended up having to pay €950 for one night at hotel down the road since it was the only one available. The next morning we never heard back from Domaine Les Mésanges and no one answering their phones, so I ended up booking a different hotel. Finally midday they responded admitting that they had messed up, but didn’t really provided much information. After some painful back and forth messages they offered one free night but at that point I already was at the second hotel since I needed to checkout from the other one. I kindly just asked for a refund for my booking and the drama continues. Rather than just refunding my card, they require doing a wire transfer but then with all the conversions and wire fees I’m still at a lost of funds, a lot of my time, and dealing with this issue for my entire 2 week trip. So if you are thinking about booking here, I would consider some other options.
