Dome Santorini Resort & Spa

If I could give this resort a 10 star I would. Absolutely amazing resort. The service is above and beyond from the time you check in. This resort has what it takes to make the guests feel like royalty. The front desk will help you with anything you need to get around the island( i highly recommend the catamaran tour) the restaurant food and breakfast served in your room was so tasty and delicious and Andreas that works at the outside bar and around the resort was amazing. The girls that clean your room top notch, fast and efficient. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our bucketlist trip to Santorini one we will never forget. Oh and that view from your room!!! Thank you to all at Dome Santorini Resort!

Stayed here for my wedding. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the staff were accommodating and even gave me a full length mirror. The breakfast was really good! Two minor negatives: you can’t see the sunset here as it’s on the wrong side and it’s not staffed 24/7 and there’s no one to contact after hours. So after my wedding we left our key with my bridesmaid and after realising we had no way to be let into our room we had to walk back to my friends hotel and get the key in the middle of the night (not ideal when you just want to be in bed). Aside from this it’s a really beautiful place to stay and we are glad we stayed here!

This place has the worst customer service. The girl I spoke to yesterday was very unhelpful. They will asked you to send emails, and they never replied to any. I believe the reviews on this site are fake because they're horrible. This is my story: I was unable to make my flight because American Airlines overbooked the flight, and I wasn't allowed to fly. The next available flight was also fully booked, so I was basically stranded and couldn't make the trip. I called this resort, explaining my situation, and even asked them to switch the name to my friend's, whom I was supposed to be lodging with, but they refused. They made me book another room for my friend instead of changing the name on the reservation and are also refusing to give me a refund. I even had one of the American Airlines managers reach out to these people, explaining my situation and providing his credentials. I offered for them to take a certain percentage off, but they kept refusing. I have every piece of evidence to show that I was unable to make the trip due to a situation that's beyond my control. I understand policies, but a business like this should make provisions for certain life situations. The airline has also provided me with all the evidence I need to file a claim with my bank.
